Steve’s passion for quality residential and commercial construction combined with a keen eye for architecture led him to running his own construction companies for a variety of residential, commercial, and government clients for the past 30+ years. With a dedication to quality construction, he delivers projects on time and within budget with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. For Steve, every project is personal, and every client is treated like family.
Steve’s expertise in building custom homes, single-family home developments, multifamily housing, and commercial construction is also supported by his strong attention to detail. His commitment to solving challenges that get in the way of his clients’ goals. Betsy Adams Spencer, Chief Operating Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in community development and a deep focus in the housing and construction industry, Betsy Adams Spencer’s expertise in finance, management, contracting, purchasing, and logistics brings a high level of administrative and fiscal responsibility to Holtz Adams. Betsy is responsible for the bidding process, contract preparation, permitting process, monitoring costs, and managing schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Prior to partnering with Steve at Holtz Adams, Betsy enjoyed a rewarding career in municipal government and non-profit housing development, where she was responsible for numerous affordable housing and home repair projects, neighborhood revitalization, and community development.
