As architecture plans are being finalized, we work with our clients on design and material selections – interior and exterior – to create a budget, which is based on actual, not estimated, costs. This approach helps our clients avoid surprises such as price increases and incur costly change orders after they sign a contract with Holtz Adams and construction begins

If you already have architectural plans or need to work with one of our architects, you can be assured that we will deliver the highest quality home, on time and within budget, to match your dream home style.

Our commercial construction experience includes expertise in new construction and renovation projects for churches and religious facilities, office and mixed-use buildings, healthcare facilities, colleges and universities, as well as single family and multifamily housing developments. Our flexibility allows us to work as either a prime contractor or subcontractor to general contractors such as Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.

Yes, Holtz Adams carries general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage for all of our residential and commercial construction projects.
